marketing aims of CD/DVD cover

For the aims of the CD cover, the marketing aims I will focus on are target consumers, unique selling point, attention/awareness, interest, product, price and promotion.

Target consumers- The cd cover will involve the artist facial expressions and body language with effects achieved through the use of photoshop and Indesign.

Unique selling point- I will use an effective unique selling point for the cd cover by doing informative research on my genre of my music video by being able to find an effective selling point such as quality/price.

Interest- The cd cover will be interesting and will attract the potential audience as I will make my cd cover seem similar to other rap cd covers out there which will meet the requirements of the codes and conventions of US.

Promotion- the cd will be distrubuted as samples to meet the consumer's needs.
