As a group, we have now decided that we will take photos of the artist after Christmas. We will take these photos in different exterior locations to match the genre of the music video. Each person in the group will take a number of different pictures at the chosen location and we will use some props/objects in the photo shoots.
As the director, I made a professional photoshoot and pre-planned how I wanted my photos to look like for the CD cover and Magazine Advert. The rest of the group had their own photos on how they would want their media products to look like. I explored different types of photos in an exterior location which was based at Fulham. This was done at secluded areas, garages, grimey estates to match the genre of our video to our CD covers and Magazine adverts. As a group, we all explored different types of camera angles and shots in ensuring we had a good number of photos to decide which one we would use for our media products. I ensured that some pictures were taken in black and white as I wanted my CD cover to be in black and white. Other pictures were taken in colour for the magazine advert. I will upload the photoshoot on my blog and select which pictures I will use for my media products and why.
