Costume | For the CD cover design, the artist will wear a plain top or jacket with jeans, a chain and a watch. This will follow the codes and conventions of other rap CD covers that associated the rap artists with these costumes. |
Set | Yet again the CD cover picture will be based in an exterior location which will match the genre of our music video. The background will represent ideas from our music video product such as a secluded area, grimey estates, garages and long stretch roads. |
Props | I will put the photos in black and white for my CD cover which relates to some parts of our video as some of the video is shot in black and white. I will use different objects/props when taking my photos. Props that will be used are headphones, a mike, a phone... |
Lighting | I will capture these photos in bright lighting where yet again I will use the same colour style which will be black and white. |
Colour Scheme | The colour scheme as mentioned will be black and white for the CD cover. |
Camera Style | For this camera shot of the CD cover there will be a side shot and a medium close up shot at a low angle where the artist will be seen as dominant and superior. |
Editing Style | - |
Special FX | The special effects that I will use are from my draft CD cover designs which are shown on the blog. This will be achieved through the use of Photoshop and In design. |
